Fernanda Aller is a global sustainability executive with more than 20 years of experience in implementing Net Zero strategies, ESG transformation, and circular economy innovation across industrial, agri-food, automotive, and technology sectors.

Throughout her career, she has led high-impact projects such as reducing GHG emissions by nearly 90% at TE Connectivity, transitioning more than 15 facilities to 100% renewable electricity, and achieving 20–25% cost savings in materials through recycling and reuse programs. In supply chain management, she integrated Scope 3 decarbonization targets into a $9 billion network, securing SBTi validation and aligning with global leaders such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Unilever.

In the agri-food sector, at Wealmoor she converted food waste into £500,000 of annual value, piloted sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production from agricultural residues, and launched regenerative agriculture programs. She has also driven circularity initiatives in electric vehicle platforms at Jaguar Land Rover and contributed to international sustainability frameworks such as the FAO LEAP guidelines, the UNESCO SWITCH water project, and multiple European Union initiatives.

In ESG and reporting, she has standardized disclosure processes under CSRD, GRI, IFRS, TCFD, and CDP, optimizing internal resources (150–200 hours annually) and strengthening investor ratings. Her mission is to help organizations future-proof their operations, unlock growth, and reduce risks in the transition to a Net Zero economy.
