Trainer specialized in diversity, equality, and communication with a solid track record in the non-profit sector, strategic consulting, and university teaching. His multidisciplinary education—which includes a double degree in Law and Business Administration, as well as postgraduate studies in Non-Profit Management, Gender Equality, and Coaching—has enabled him to approach organizational challenges with a comprehensive perspective rooted in social justice. He has delivered equality training for companies such as Nestlé, IVECO, Serunión, ZF Aftermarket, Transcom, Grupo ETRA, ONET Ibérica, HP, and FCC.

He is currently a consultant specializing in sustainability and social innovation, leading projects related to diversity and organizational transformation with an inclusive approach. He combines this role with teaching at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and the Universitat de València. His work is defined by fostering participatory processes, conducting diagnostics with an intersectional perspective, and designing inclusive communication strategies, while providing practical tools to embed equality into organizational culture.
